Wall-hung boiler manufacturer: What is the working principle? A wall-hung boiler, also known as a gas wall-mounted heater or gas-fired wall-mounted boiler, is an electric water heater powered by natural gas. It features comprehensive safety measures, including freeze protection, overheating protection, accidental shutdown protection, overtemperature protection, centrifugal pump protection, and more. Natural gas wall-mounted heaters offer central heating functionality. Wall-hung boilers developed by manufacturers can meet the heating needs of multiple residential units, allowing each home to set a comfortable temperature according to individual preferences. Users can independently control which rooms’ heating systems are turned on or off as needed. Additionally, these boilers provide large-flow regulation and maintain a constant, hygienic water temperature. Wall-hung boiler manufacturer: What is the working principle? After the wall-hung boiler’s motor starts up and enters operation, the centrifugal fan begins to run first. As the negative pressure in the combustion chamber decreases, the air-pressure switch sends a signal to the centrifugal pump. Once the centrifugal pump starts, the flow switch activates the household appliances and then sends a command to the gas proportional solenoid valve, which gradually opens. As the gas proportional solenoid valve and the air-pressure switch close, the negative pressure in the combustion chamber drops further, prompting the air-pressure switch to send another signal to the centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump then starts up, and once it’s running, the flow switch closes, activating the household electromagnetic valve. Throughout the entire daily operation, users can set low-temperature modes for optimal performance. If you’ll be away from home for an extended period, drain the water from the wall-hung boiler system and shut down the system completely. When using a gas wall-mounted heater daily, promptly check the sealing integrity of gas pipelines and metal corrugated hoses—such as those connecting the wall-mounted burner, main heat exchanger, and other components. If necessary, clean any metal oxides from the casing, nozzles, or igniters, or remove dust buildup from the main heat exchanger to prevent damage to operational conditions and heat transfer efficiency. Furthermore, if your wall-hung boiler is nearing the end of its service life or has reached the recommended maintenance interval, and you notice a recent increase in gas consumption or unusual noise levels, consult with a professional to determine whether cleaning or maintenance is required. Wall-hung boiler brands recommend that regular cleaning or maintenance should be performed every three years at most. Wall-hung boiler manufacturer: If the water pressure in the heating system frequently drops, carefully inspect the system. Even if the wall-hung boiler itself shows no signs of leakage and is functioning normally, there could still be hidden leaks in the heating system. Such leaks could significantly shorten the lifespan of both the wall-hung boiler and associated piping during winter. If no one will be at home for an extended period, be sure to activate the wall-hung boiler’s antifreeze setting to prevent freezing of the heater and other components. The wall-hung boiler’s flue pipe should have smooth exhaust airflow, directly venting to the outdoors to avoid potential safety hazards.
