As the core key material for the regeneration of waste powdered activated carbon, this product was specifically developed to address the industry’s critical pain point: the inability to directly feed powdered waste activated carbon—accounting for 60-80% of the total volume of spent activated carbon—into furnaces for regeneration. It overcomes the challenge of dust explosion risks and provides a dedicated solution for the entire “molding-regeneration” process of waste activated carbon, thereby helping hazardous waste achieve the dual goals of harmless disposal and high-value utilization.

Relying on the team’s long-term technological expertise, this product features a customized formulation designed to precisely match waste activated carbon based on its different sources and varying adsorption characteristics of pollutants. The proportion of ingredients can be flexibly adjusted to ensure that the core performance indicators of the regenerated product are safeguarded from the very beginning. Verified through pilot-scale and industrial-scale trials, the iodine value of activated carbon after regeneration can be improved by 50% (the iodine value is directly linked to the product’s value). Other key performance parameters, such as strength, fully meet market demands, effectively addressing the issues of poor compatibility with traditional binders and unstable regeneration quality.
