Wall-hung boilers are flexible, convenient, safe, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. Moreover, this equipment can serve two purposes: it not only provides heating on cold days but also supplies domestic hot water—many friends love it. However, as we use it in our daily lives, we should also be aware of certain safety guidelines and energy-saving tips, making the wall-hung boiler even more comfortable to operate. 1. Regarding the heating method of wall-hung boiler manufacturer’s products, the water pressure must not be too high; a range of 1.2–1.5 bar is most suitable. At no time should the wall-hung boiler’s pressure gauge pointer fall below 1 bar or 2 bar. If the pressure drops below 1 bar, it’s necessary to replenish the pressure to between 1 and 1.5 bar to ensure the boiler operates normally and to prevent damage caused by high temperatures. 2. Choose the right type of gas. Most households use gas-fired wall-hung boilers, so the gas we use must meet the product’s requirements. If you choose a gas-fired wall-hung boiler, you must use gas exclusively—not any other type of fuel. Using the wrong gas not only damages the equipment but can also lead to safety hazards. 3. Ensure that the flue is unobstructed. Wall-hung boiler manufacturers typically use double-walled flues: the outer pipe draws in fresh air, while the inner pipe exhausts waste gases. Both pipes must remain completely clear and free of blockages. When installing a wall-hung boiler, the flue’s intake and outlet must extend outside the window; they must not be sealed indoors or use single-walled flues. Otherwise, waste gases could easily be drawn back into the room, leading to insufficient oxygen supply during combustion, which may cause the boiler to fail to ignite or repeatedly restart—a dangerous situation that poses risks to life and property. 4. Install antifreeze. When using a wall-hung boiler or heating system with water during winter, it’s essential to add antifreeze to the system. Make sure the power supply remains uninterrupted and that there’s an adequate gas supply, thus preventing freezing and damage to the heating system, as well as to the boiler’s pump and heat exchanger. Regularly check the boiler’s water pressure and operational status to ensure safety.
