There are many important considerations when installing a wall-hung boiler, and we believe that many friends may not be fully aware of them. Next, let me briefly introduce these points to you. Irregular or improper practices during the installation process are one of the main reasons that can seriously affect the smooth operation of the wall-hung boiler. Due to the varying technical levels of installation technicians, some wall-hung boiler systems fail to function properly after installation. So, let’s take a closer look at the key points you need to pay attention to during installation: 1. The wall-hung boiler is installed in the same way as a conventional gas water heater; 2. The central heating pipeline and terminal equipment are connected to the wall-hung boiler’s piping system; 3. The wall-hung boiler’s piping and terminal equipment are installed using the underfloor heating system approach; 4. Solar energy systems, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and building plumbing systems are also installed. During installation, it’s crucial to ensure balance among all terminals. Piping should be installed either in parallel or in series to each terminal—including underfloor heating and radiators—and the temperature difference between each terminal should be kept as small as possible. This way, the temperature difference across the wall-hung boiler itself will be minimized, and even the outlet water temperature difference should be as low as possible. If such issues arise, problems like dry burning or shutdowns may occur. Therefore, we must pay close attention to preventing these problems. The above are the key points we’ve briefly introduced for installing a wall-hung boiler. I hope this information will be helpful to you after reading it.
